We offer different class options that focus on improving balance and posture. Improved flexibility is a key benefit from our yoga classes.

Power Yoga is a faster paced flow through series of Yoga poses or flow using the breath. Great way to feel energized!

This class is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibilty,core, and fuctional movement patterns!

Butts & Guts

 

This class focuses on core and lower body. Attack the trouble spots with intense lower body strength exercises and challenging core moves designed to lift and tighten.

ZUMBA/STRONG by ZUMBA

 

Zumba is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. It's a wokrout that doesn't feel like a workout!
