Greg Buechner
Group Fitness Director
Greg's journey began at an early age playing sports. He joined the Army 1st Ranger Battalion and took his fitness to a new level. Greg has competed in Triathlons, Bodybuilding and Crossfit. Greg has a very well- rounded approach to fitness and is looking forward to helping you reach your goals!

Jessica Mainhart
Jessica has been teaching the art of yoga since 2013 when she decided to branch out of her small town and take a yoga class at St. Louis Community College. Prior to her practice, she attended Delaware College of Art and Design as a photography major and later found herself closer to home in Virginia where she received her RYT-200 Multi-Style Yoga Certification at Chesapeake Hot Yoga.
Always crazed by movement, she also spent much time of her life as a dancer and even performed during the Orange Bowl's Half-Time Show!
After making herself and her two yoga-practicing dogs official Savannah locals in 2014, she decided to devote her life to full time teaching so she could continue to share her love and passion for yoga with others while always standing by her philosophy: "My yoga. It doesn't matter if things aren't perfect. My practice is my time to feel alive, loved, and free."



Ashly Nunn
Ashly Nunn has danced for over 15 years, which sparked her interest in becoming a Zumba instructor. She teaches Zumba and Strong by Zumba classes, and is working toward her personal training certification.
She loves to help people get the most out of life and their bodies. This love helps her encourage and push her classes to the next level, all while having a blast!

Drew Volf
Drew has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Engineering Management. He currently works in the aerospace industry.
Drew started his fitness journey to see positive changes in himself. Now he wants to help others make the same positive changes in their lives.
His love for fitness has driven him to become certified in coaching group fitness with So Fit. You'll find Drew teaching our own Flex-In-Xpress class.
Brooke Donahoo
Brooke has been in the fitness industry since 2007 when she got her 200 hour certification in yoga at Yandara Yoga Institute in Todos Santos, Mexico. She became a certified personal trainer while attending Kennesaw State University where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Exercise Science. She holds personal training certifications through both ACE and NASM.
Brooke may have a "yoga" voice, but she knows her training stuff. She is personable and likes building relationships with her clients.
Brooke teaches TRX, Flex-In-Xpress, and Yoga classes at So Fit.
