Laura Buckingham
Laura has her A.A. in Communications from Keystone College and is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. Laura is also Certified as a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition through ISSA. Her love for fitness goes back many years. Laura looks forward to helping So Fit members reach their goals and become the healthiest they can be.

Greg Buechner
Group Fitness Director
Greg's journey began at an early age playing sports. He joined the Army 1st Ranger Battalion and took his fitness to a new level. Greg has competed in Triathlons, Bodybuilding and recently Crossfit. Greg has a very well- rounded approach to fitness and is looking forward to helping you reach your goals!

Brooke Donahoo
Brooke has been in the fitness industry since 2007 when she got her 200 hour certification in yoga at Yandara Yoga Institute in Todos Santos, Mexico. She became a certified personal trainer while attending Kennesaw State University where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Exercise Science. She holds personal training certifications through both ACE and NASM.
Brooke may have a "yoga" voice, but she knows her training stuff. She is personable and likes building relationships with her clients.
