Meet Henry, So Fit's Member of the Month! We asked Henry what inspires him to visit the club so often and what is his motivation. He told us, "I am inspired by my family and other So Fit members who I've befriended who wish to achieve similar goals. My motivation is fueled by my desire to attain a leaner physique, several contributing factors are my "Men's Fitness" subscription, which seem to have articles which speak directly to me, as well as Lazar Angelov, who is my favorite body builder, he writes excellent articles as well and offers sound advice."
Henry said, "What I like most about So Fit are the management team, instructors and employees! Everyone is very friendly, professional and eager to assist with advice and motivational conversations which help keep me on track. So Fit is also extremely neat and organized, it's one of the more cleanly facilities that I've been to and that's an important element for me personally." Thanks Henry!!!
Henry shares his advice, "My advice to others is to be consistent with your workouts and healthy eating habits. Slow and steady wins the race!! A lifetime change cannot happen over night, to chip away at your goals with longevity in mind will yield more complete and lasting results. I would also urge others to engage in any physical activities which would give the essential benefits of elevated self-esteem, mental clarity and peace of mind, if you look good, then you will feel good about yourself. As we grow older, we will face a multitude of challenges, to be healthy and as mentally sharp as possible will enhance this experience and create the best life possible, I'm up for the challenge and hope you all are too!! I'd like to thank the staff and my many friends at So FIt for this honor!!"
