Congratulations Jacob Milsap, So Fit Member of the Month!
We asked Jacob what inspires him to get to the gym so often? He said, "It has become a part of my life and I like to see what my body is capable of." Jacob said his motivation is to become a healthier and better version of himself.
We asked him what he likes about So Fit? He said, "The best part of So Fit is the functional area. So Fit has what you need in order to achieve your goals." Thanks! We agree Jacob, our functional fitness area is pretty awesome!
We asked Jacob what advice he would offer to others. He said, "Give yourself time. Set a lot of short term goals that lead to one long term goal. Work hard and results will follow." So true!
