So Fit Member of the Month

Congratulations So Fit Member of the Month, Steve Nisbet! Steve is in the club regularly most weeks at least 5 days a week, sometimes two times a day, and we have caught him recently coming in on weekends too. Steve is commited to his fitness goals!
We asked Steve what inspires him to get to the gym so often and what motivates him. He said, he likes to stay healthy and keep moving. He enjoys a break during the day and said the added dimension to the work/home routine works for him.
We asked Steve what he likes about So Fit. He said, "Clean environment, maintained equipment and nice/helpful staff." Thanks Steve!
We asked Steve to share some advice for our followers. He said, "Quantity and longevity of any exercise program is the secret of success. Make it a habit at least four days or more - 30-40 minutes and you will get results." Well said Steve!
